Meeting and brief
We meet on site or online, review the existing conditions, the budget and the timeline, and define exactly what needs to be done.

Concept and drawings
We prepare the concept, the working drawings and the technical details, go through them with you and refine until the solution fits you and the budget.

Permits and approvals
We prepare the submission, file it with the local authority and follow the application through the committee until the permit is issued.
- 04
Budget and contractors
We build a detailed estimate, run the tender, compare the bids and choose the contractors and suppliers together with you.
- 05
Supervision on site
We visit on a fixed schedule, check the work against the drawings and deal with deviations before they turn into defects.
- 06
Handover
We run the handover inspection, compile the punch list, make sure it is closed and hand the full documentation over to you.

About Davidov Art
Davidov Art is an architecture, supervision and project management studio based in Herzliya. We take private houses, residential buildings and commercial spaces from the first idea through to handover.
Our work starts on the drawing board and continues on site. We prepare the drawings, obtain the permits, build the budget, select the contractors and then supervise the execution against what was planned.
