Design starts with two questions: what the plot allows and what you actually need. From there we build a concept, test a few options and refine the one that fits.
Once the concept is approved the working drawings follow: plans, sections, details and material specifications at a level a contractor can build from without interpretation.
Every stage is reviewed with you and against the budget, so you never find out during construction that a beautiful solution was never realistic.
