The Tal Fish villa in Ramat HaSharon is quiet contemporary architecture: an upper floor held in a concrete frame, a ground floor almost entirely glazed, opening to the pool and terrace.
Inside, the plan stays open — kitchen island, living and dining in one volume. Light comes through the glass walls and a full-height glass-block screen; warmth comes from vertical wood cladding, pale stone and a concrete floor.
Architect: Tal Fish. Davidov Art — contractor: structure, glazing, services and finishes through handover.
