Supervision is the running check that what happens on site matches the drawings and the standards. We come on a fixed schedule and document every visit.
Deviations are recorded and settled with the contractor while they are still cheap to fix, not after the finishes are on.
At the end you receive an ordered record of the visits, the decisions taken and the punch list that was closed.
