A concrete two-storey house with a deep roof overhang. A lap pool runs along the hedge; in front, a lawn and a pergola over the terrace. Louvered shutters line the upper floor, and black-framed glass doors open the ground floor to the garden.
Inside, living, dining and kitchen share one volume: a marble island, a dark timber table, cane chairs and a cluster of smoked-glass pendants. The stair is stone treads on a black steel spine, with a tall window onto the court. The bathroom has a freestanding oval bath, a fluted stone wall and a brass tap.
